Our Story

We believe every city deserves a place where nature thrives and communities flourish. GWUNGWUM is our answer to that belief.

Discover Our Vision

A Dream Taking Root

50 hectares of transformation

Where others saw abandoned industrial land, we saw potential. Where there was concrete and rust, we envisioned forests and meadows. EcoPark began as a simple question: what if we could give this land back to nature and the community?

Today, that question has become a movement. Environmental scientists, landscape architects, community leaders, and passionate citizens have come together to create something unprecedented—an urban sanctuary that will transform how our city lives, breathes, and connects.

Nature First

Every design choice prioritizes ecological health. From native plant selection to wildlife corridors, we're creating a space where nature can truly thrive.

Community Driven

This park belongs to everyone. Community voices shaped our plans, and community partnerships will keep the park vibrant for generations.

Built to Last

We're not building for next year—we're building for the next century. Sustainable materials, thoughtful design, and a commitment to excellence guide our construction.
