  • When will GWUNGWUM open?

    GWUNGWUM will open in phases. The first areas—botanical gardens, central meadow, and Discovery Center—are scheduled to open in 2027. The full park with all 12 zones will be complete by 2029.

  • Will there be an entrance fee?

    The park grounds will be free and open to the public year-round. Some specialty programs, events, and adventure activities may have separate fees.

  • How can I stay updated on progress?

  • Are there job opportunities?

    GWUNGWUM will create over 500 permanent jobs. We'll begin hiring for park operations, education, horticulture, and visitor services positions in early 2027. Check back for job postings.
